The school bus service is available for all the students.
Bus fees will be paid in four equal installments, in the four fee quarter bills. The parent is liable to pay the bus fee for both the trips (coming & going).There is no provision for option of payment for one side trip.
Midsession withdrawal from school transport will not be permitted. To withdraw, one month’s notice in writing must be given to the accounts office.
By 1st of March, parents must apply in writing for withdrawal from bus/van, if required, failing which transport fee will be charged from April as per approved rates.
Bus drivers are authorized to stop the bus only at designated stops. The list of stops is made keeping in view the convenience and safety of all bus commuters. No diversion/extension will be entertained on existing routes.
At the bus stop, the bus guard will hand over a child to an escort only when he presents the Parent I Card issued by the school. In case the escort fails to run up, the child will be brought back to the school and the parent will have to come and pick the child from school.
Students are expected to behave in a courteous manner in the bus. They should not throw trash/food inside or outside the bus. They should be seated when the bus is in motion. The driver has a right to bring the child back to school in case of any inappropriate behavior shown by the child.
Students must travel only in the buses allotted to them by the Transport in-charge. In case there is a change in route on a particular day, the class teacher and the transport in-charge should be informed in advance in written.
At the time of dispersal once the children are seated in their respective buses, parents must not take their wards without informing the class teacher. Parents must cooperate with the school in enforcing this disciplinary measure as it ensures safety and security of their wards.
In case of any emergency, parents must contact the school office.
