On July 19, 2024, K.R. Manglam School hosted an exhilarating Inter School Chess Competition, attracting numerous young chess enthusiasts from various schools.The event was marked by strategic brilliance and competitive spirit, showcasing the exceptional talent of the participants. Among the standout performers from The Modern School were Ishaan Sehgal and Vihaan Sehgal. Ishaan achieved an impressive 3rd place, while Vihaan closely followed in 4th place. Demonstrating their prowess on the chessboard, both players won 5 out of their 6 matches. Their remarkable performances have earned them qualifications for the upcoming District Chess Competition, promising an exciting continuation of their chess journey.
