Yoga Namaskar

A few minutes of Yoga during the day can be a great way to get rid of stress that accumulates daily. It is known to be extremely beneficial to improve balance, strength, endurance and aerobic capacity in young children. 


We are delighted to share that a Yoga session was conducted for the students of Grades S4 to S7 on Tuesday. The session was conducted by a trained Hatha Yoga instructor, Mr. Rajiv Kalra. 


The session began with very useful ‘Yoga Namaskar’ which is very beneficial for Spine health. Students learnt another asana, ‘Nadi Vibhajan’  to relieve muscle tension and tightness, improving overall muscle health. 


Mr. Kalra explained the students about the importance of doing every asana in a right way. He explained that yoga has far bigger dimension than just physical aspect. 


The students participated with full interest, enthusiasm and eagerness.
