It is important for the children to realise their potential at an early age. An activity based workshop was conducted in The Modern School on ‘Who am I’ on 18th May, 2023 for the students of Grade P4-P5. The resource person of the workshop was Ms. Aditi Kaul, a Psychologist and Programme Lead- Arts Based Therapy Programme, Fortis National Mental Health Programme

The workshop started with an activity where the students were asked to draw a superhero of their choice. Students used pencils, crayons and sketch pens to draw the sketch. After they completed this drawing they were asked to add a super power to hero, limitation of that superhero and then a shield to protect it. Students used their creativity to add these features to their superheroes and came up with extraordinary ideas.

At the end, Ms. Aditi discussed with the students that their super heroes are the shadow of themselves and shield is their strength. She explained they can protect themselves from all odds with the help of their strengths. 

It was an engaging and fun filled workshop. Students enjoyed a lot.
