In the current scenario when the parents are struggling to find out time for the children, they lack in building healthy relationship with their children.

To help the parents tackle this difficult situation, workshop on 'Building Heathy Relationship' was organised for the parents  in The Modern School, Greater Faridabad on 20th May, 2023. The workshop was organised by Ms. Leena Khaneja, a renowned counsellor, from Tarang Health Alliance. 

Ms. Khaneja started the workshop by explaining about the meaning of healthy relationship. The tips on how to build healthy relationship with children were discussed. She explained the importance of showing trust in children, spending quality time with them, listening to them, respecting their views in building healthy relationships. She emphasised that it is important to empower the children rather than controlling them or pampering them. 

It was an interactive session where lot of parents partcipated in a discussion.
