A Field Trip for Classes P2-P4 of The Modern School, Faridabad was organized to the newly constructed ‘Waste to Wonder Park’ in Sarai Kale Khan, New Delhi. The students were enthralled and excited to experience the marvels created by waste which otherwise seem of no use rather than discarding.

Witnessing the Seven Wonders of the World created by scrap was not only fascinating but also instilled in the children the ability to recreate something spectacular with all the materials that are not in use anymore.

The facts behind each wonder of the world were explained to the students which gave them an insight into the marvels of the heritage sites.

The students were curious and in awe of what they saw! They could scarcely believe that these fantastic models were the products of waste, so fine and delicately assembled! The students enjoyed themselves thoroughly and learnt an important lesson on sustainability through a real life demo of reuse and recycle of waste material.
