Peer training was conducted in The Modern School, sector 85, Faridabad, on the topic ‘Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies’ on 30th June, 2023. Ms. Namrata Sawney and Ms. Esha Manchanda imparted training to their colleagues. 

Peer learning has several benefits to the workplace, such as developing communications skills, professional development, teamwork, making onboarding more efficient, and building a stronger company culture.

Speakers discussed the importance of Competency based learning as per NEP. The need to frame correct learning outcomes for effective teaching was emphasised. Different pedagogical approaches that can be used for CBE were discussed e.g story telling, role plays etc. 

It was an enriching session. Department wise group activities were also conducted as exemplar.
