The Modern School Faridabad firmly believes that Personal hygiene is essential for maintaining good health. The workshop on ‘Menstrual health and hygiene’ was conducted for the girls of Grade S2-S7 to apprise them how to handle their difficult days. Senior Gynaecologist, DR VANDANA GOEL, from Amrita Hospital, was invited to conduct the session on the same topic.

Common problems faced by the girls and their solutions were discussed. Dr. Vandana explained the importance of maintaining hygiene during the menstrual cycle. She also emphasised that healthy diet should be preferred to avoid any problems. 

Various queries of the girls were addressed by Dr. Vandana. The session left the girls more informed and comfortable.
