To make the students know about the difference between implosion and explosion, a topic of discussion was chosen in the assembly about The Titan Submarine. As the students were familiar with the news about the accident with the submarine, understanding the probable cause behind it was intriguing to them. The submarine incident was chosen to help them understand the difference between the two processes of implosion and exploitation and the role of air pressure behind it. Students learnt the difference in a better way and also gave their insights about the probable cause of the incident and the session was a very interactive and expanded their knowledge sphere.
