On January 31st, 2024, The Modern School, Greater Faridabad, hosted a transformative event organized by IIHM (International Institute of Hotel Management). The workshop aimed to illuminate students about the myriad paths in the dynamic industry of Hospitality and Hotel Management. Eminent Speaker, Professor David Foskett, former Dean and Head of the London School of Hospitality and Tourism at the University of West London, graced us with his experiences. Highlighting the success of Indians in the field, he emphasized our rich culture of hospitality and reiterated that the hospitality industry is much more than just cooking. Students from grades S6 and S4 engaged in interactive sessions, exploring various facets such as hotel management, interior design, event planning, and culinary arts.
