Ganesh Chaturthi is a traditional festival which is celebrated as Lord Ganesha’s birthday. Ganesha is the first to be worshiped among all the gods in Hindu mythology. He is known as the God of prosperity and wisdom who removes all obstacles, bestows happiness, and spreads peace. Students of Grades Pre-Nursery to Kindergarten celebrated this day by worshipping the lord followed by Aarti and offering his favourite sweet ‘Modak’. Later, in their respective classes, the children crafted beautiful idols of Lord Ganesh from clay. The activity aimed to signify the eco-friendly celebrations of this festival.

The festival awakened devotion, creativity, understanding, and learning amongst children.
