The Modern School Faridabad organized a Farewell and Convocation ceremony for outgoing class 12th students. The chief guest on the occasion was Mr. Ashok Pratap Singh , alongwith guest of honour Mr. Sanjay Garg and  Principal Dr. U.K Chhikara. 

The students of Grade S6 had prepared a well thought out Cultural program for the occasion that commenced with a vibrant and rhythmic Jai Ganesha dance presentation. Tiya Yadav and Harshil Verma with their brilliant anchoring skill captured everybody’s attention. Dressed in traditional attire, class S7 students walked the ramp with grace. The witty answers by the students to jury’s questions amazed the audience. Krishn Jitanshu and Akansha Bhatia bagged the most coveted Mr. Modern and Ms. Modern title respectively.

Students of the outgoing batch recalled their time in the school with nostalgia and shared their experiences with the teachers and parents present at the event. Principal Dr. U.K Chhikara along with the teachers blessed the students and presented each of them memento and citation. With his words of sapience, Dr Chhikara emphasized the importance of schooling and the values to carry forward in their life. He also stressed students to equip themselves with adequate skills and knowledge to face challenges and excel in their careers. Mr. Ashok Pratap Singh speaking on the occasion advised students to be a learner throughout their lives, stay humble and take the legacy of hundred years of the Modern School. 

The graduating students received their scrolls from the Chief Guest and were a sight to behold, brimming with pride. The event concluded with photo sessions, high tea and enthused chatter of the happy young Modernites. The second batch of The Modern School, Faridabad was bid an emotional adieu by the whole school.
