To teach the concepts of science to students, an experiment about the lava lamp was performed by the students in the morning assembly. The experiment was an insight into the concepts of density, polarity and acid-base reaction in a colorful way to show the reaction when baking soda reacts with vinegar to form bubbles. The role of polarity and density in the reaction was discussed. Students found this activity very interesting and were intrigued to learn about many concepts of science.
