A demonstration was performed in the morning assembly to explain the students about digestion of food. In the demonstration, a plastic bag was shown as the stomach, and food particles, vinegar and oil were mixed in it to show the action of various enzymes present in the stomach and their action on the food. The demonstration helped the students to understand about the working of stomach, and helped them get a clear picture of the process of digestion.
