On Wednesday, December 13, an activity concerning the chapter ‘Animals and Us’ of EVS was organized for the students of class 5th. The Activity was organized with the aim for the students to identify preserved specimens and samples of animals and plants around us and be able to describe their nature, habitat, food habits, and their role in the food web. Specimens like the starfish, wall lizard, and earthworms were observed by students and a discussion about their characteristics and importance was done as a part of the lab activity.
