The Baisakhi festival was observed by The Modern School through a special assembly. The students from the Junior Wing were dressed in colorful Punjabi attire and danced on the beats of the dhol with fervor and enthusiasm. The students also sang Punjabi folk songs and brought vibrancy to the environment.  Students also expressed gratitude towards the farmers for the hard work they do to fill our bellies. The traumatic episode of Jallianwala Bagh which occurred on Baisakhi was remembered by the students and they paid their obeisance to the freedom fighters. Dr. U.K.Chhikara, Principal, applauded the students for their performance and extended his wishes to teachers and students.
