TMS kriti, a mega Inter School competition was held in the premises of The Modern School, Greater Faridabad on 19th and 20th October 2023 in which leading schools of Faridabad and NCR participated with vigour and enthusiasm. A total of 25 events were aimed at enhancing scholastic and co-scholastic abilities of the students in a creative manner and provide a platform for students of various schools to come together. The uniqueness of the event was that it was completely planned and managed by the student body.  They initiated the preparation well in advance - from choosing the title, planning of each event, designing the brochure to inviting participation. . The Modern School decided to be a host of the competition instead of competing in it.  

 On 19th October, the opening ceremony was held which comprised of cultural performances and then, the event was declared open by the President of TMS Kriti, Tiya Yadav, a student of Grade S7.  Classrooms were made the venue of different events for a streamline functioning and students acting as Event incharge/ volunteers took over the show. Each competition was judged by jury invited from outside the school. The entire school buzzed with activities ranging from Debate, theatre, dancing, poetry, Marketing Campaigns, Story telling, circuit designing,Video Journalism, Heritage Quiz, Maths Explorer and plethora of other activities. During the felicitation, the winners were given the medals and certificates of merit and participation. Overall, the champions trophy was bagged by MVN, Aravali Hills. It definitely was a great learning experience for one and all present. Principal Dr. U.K Chikara extended heartfelt gratitude to the schools for being part of this spectacular show and appreciated the efforts of the students of The Modern School for their commendable dedication towards school.
