Instructions for filling out the physical form

  • The form can be easily accessed at the school.
  • Filing the form entirely in CAPITAL LETTERS is mandatory.
  • Please fill out the form using only a black or blue ball pen.

Admissions Requirements for the Academic Year 2025-2026

The following is the method for Admission at The Modern School Sector 85, Greater Faridabad, India.

  • Pre-Nursery : 2 years and 6 months
  • Nursery : 3 years and 6 months
  • KG: 4 years and 6 months
  • P1: 5 years and 6 months

    • Note (The age of the child will be calculated as on 31st March 2025)

Important Note

The Modern School Sector 85, Greater Faridabad officials will issue an acknowledgment sheet with a specific registration number when the form is submitted. Please keep this slip secure because the registration number will be used for any subsequent communication concerning the admission process.

List of documents required at the time of admission

  • Child's Birth Certificate (photocopy - self attested)
  • Child's Aadhar Card (photocopy - self attested)
  • Father and Mother's Aadhar Card (photocopy - self attested)
  • Residence Proof (photocopy - self attested)
  • 4 passport size photographs of child
  • 4 passport size photographs of each parent
  • 2 passport size photograph of attendant (if any)
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Family ID / PPP (Parivar Pehchan Patra)
